About Tom
Tom completed a master’s degree in medical research which sparked an interest in clinical trials and drug development. He is passionate about talking to people using paradigm-shifting science to make medical advancements. Over the past two and a half years he had found a niche in helping emerging Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical companies and growing CROs find the best talent in Clinical Operations and Development to compete in a fast-moving and complex industry.
Having a Biomedical foundation has helped him understand exactly the skillsets companies need so this allows him to get a detailed profile of all of someone’s experience. Outside the office, Tom can be found wild swimming, hiking, and going to the gym. At the weekends he will be meeting friends at the pub and visiting his family.
